Does anyone know what a Group Night Transfer key for the Attendant console does on an Adix APS? We removed one from a customer recently and we couldn't figure out what it does, and didn't find much documentation on it other than that it exists.

Just curious! Thanks. :thumb:

I should be for putting individual trunk groups into night mode rather than the entire system. We have never used it...

If that's the case, it could be a useful key. If anyone has documentation on its use, I'd love to see it. laugh

As mentioned, it allows an attendant to put discrete trunk groups in NIGHT mode as opposed to the entire system. It's especially useful if you have more than one tenant on the system, or groups within a company that have different working hours.

Look in the ADIX tech manual in the Attendant section for actual keystrokes.

The biggest issue I have found with the trunk group night key is the lack of lamping. It is hard to keep track of status of each group. I have had better luck with using ACD groups to control individual trunk group night modes.
