We have IWATSU connected to an Asterisk Gateway. You are able to get to the asterisk gateway by dialing 94+<NUMBER> and it will go across the integration span

On the IWATSU side we have toll free numbers coming in as defined in table9.

Currently if I want to take a toll free number and get it to asterisk I have to tell table9 to send the call to a voicemail box *615 (Telephony Office Linx2000). Mailbox 615 is defined as a voicemenu and I can then issue a "transfer to voicemail" which sends the call to another voicemail box which has the extension field labeled as "94,6500" It then sends the call..

I am trying to find a way where I can simply take the incoming DNIS in table9 and send it to 94,6500

Any ideas?

Thanks

Depending on system/version you could do a few things.
Send DNIS to networking table that routes and inserts extra digits needed. (class 28)

Send DNIS to a spare phone that has call forward to external number (via speedial) which accesses the Asterisk gateway trunks and inserts extra digits.

Annacat is correct...
In the DNIS table - convert the incoming number to an external network translation. (Its not that hard)
Example: DNIS table
Incoming No.- conversion - MBOX/NSC/ACD - ID
1234 #615 1 Conf.

Class 28 (Conventional Networking)
Access no. - Num Attribute - digits - tbl
#615 External 0 1

Class 28 (External table) 1
Trunk Grp. - process method - inband - add digits
4 add dial only disable 6500
