This is probably something very easy to answer, but I cannot find it anywhere. In all of the manuals I have looked at, I can't find how to change the display name on the phone. Like when I am calling an extension, the name that shows up on the other person's phone. We've had so many people change extensions it would be nice to know how to do this.

The easiest way to accomplish this is through the programmer. It can be done with the attendant KT, but it can be very painful. If you have a good relationship with your vendor they can do it for you, they can even do it remotely if you are set up for it...
