trying to sort out church phones and I have no experience with systems like this..

We have the IX-12KTD-2 phones... 2 of them... one put in a seldom used office (the one with the night button on it)

and the one without the night button is the one I use.

we have regular phones located in other areas of the church.

Line 3 shows busy on all phones, yet does not seem to be in use.

then clicking on line 3 button worked too!

first time I tried it, it did not work, but I tried it a second time and the light went away.

had to repeat it for each phone on system... but no more erroneous lights on the phones!!!
