There are 3 of us in the office. I have an IWATSU ADIX 12KTD-2 phone; 2 others in my office have 12KTS-2 phones. The phones have been used in this company for a number of years.

Speed dialing is giving us some challenges. Previously, it worked for the former members of the company. Now, the ones with international numbers do not work. The ones for our country (U.S.) work fine as they always have. it is the international ones that aren't working any more.

Can anyone help me? thanks in advance!

Have you recently changed telephone line providers?

If you try to dial the international speed dial number, and hear some sort of recorded announcement, the problem lies either with your provider or how your lines are set up.

What happens when you dial the number the old-fashioned-one -digit-at-a-time way?

I do believe phone providers where changed after the speed dialing was set up. Can't say definitely, as I am new here & others can't confirm.

When we dial the old-fashioned, one-digit-at-a-time way it works fine. They just want to be able to utilize the speed dial features of the phone, especially for the international numbers.

It now works! I don't know what I did -- other then pressing a bunch of buttons -- but I got them all to work again. My boss now thinks I am a hero. LOL
