I'm having an issue with one of my VOIP stations dropping connectivity to the ECS cabinet. The phone serves as a passthrough for the pc workstation as do all of my VOIP stations. When the disconnect occurs the PC still operates on the network fine. Both are on the same network/subnet (no vlan). The IP address is DHCP assigned and is pingable even throughout the issue. A reboot of the phone clears the issue but it is increasingly short lived (5/6 time daily). I have verified all wiring and ran a certification test to include VOIP certification which it passes. Are there any thoughts as to what the root issue is or how to further isolate it?
Is this phone connected to a PoE switch, or are you using a power cube?
it is PoE
Just to rule out - i have tried utilizing a PoE injector with the same results
Is it all of your phones or just one? If you download error log ALL and then click on tools and then ipkt reboot diagnostics, this will tell you when the phone goes offline, and may assist in how the phone keeps failing.

I had this happen once to an entire office where something was broadcasting out on the network. We were able to identify this with wireshark. If it is at a specific time every single day, I would check to see if the customer has a printer software on their PC that checks for maintenance on their all in ones. That occured several times for me.
