Hello,

Our department is responsible for for managing the network and phone systems and we have an Executone IDS 228 for which we have no manuals. We have figured out some of the basic functions but most of the system eludes us. If anyone has knows of where to download or purchase the manual(s) I would be greatful. We've searched the net but haven't found anything concrete.

The terminal says the system is running eclipse 3.0.0.

If you need a manual, you can follow the link below, but I am going to strongly suggest that you get a competent IDS tech in to help you out with set-up and give you some basic training. The IDS is a great system, but the programming is not exactly simple.
