Our call center uses the Executone 32 and as a supervisor I need to know how to program a Barge-In key or Silent Monitor key. Does this model support either of those features? I can't find it anywhere in the manuals I have. Help-PLEASE!!

If You have ' access ' to system programming, goto the Keys section of any phone, useing the arrow keys, You can scroll through what the code is for each feature.

Barge-in is availible on just about any IDS system

Silent-monitor was considered an "option", a very expensive one at that!

If your system is equipped with Silent Monitor software you will have SiL on the Main menu screen in the options. If so you will need to go to station programming screen (A screen) and enter the extension you want to program keys for. Enter K for keys and this will take you to key programming. The key codes for both are 816 for Barge In and 833 for Silent Monitor. This programming cannot be done via phone. Hope this helps. Thank you.
