I've already talked to one list member (thanks nonameyet) and heard his response loud and clear but I'm being pushed to see if this is at all possible.

We are opening a branch office in Cleveland and were poised to implement a new VoIP system in both locations. Due to a number of factors we need to push off the implementation of the new system until next year.

Do you think it's possible to get an IDS 228 system installed in Cleveland, with ACD, CPI, PACD and a number of other features?

Let's assume I can pull together all of the hardware necessary...

Will we be able to get our hands on the necessary software?

Is there anyone in the Cleveland area or elsewhere that may be able to perform the install?

If we can pull this off it will only have to hold us over for about a year or so before we can implement the new system. It will also avoid us having to re-engineer a number of internal systems.

Your thoughts would be much appreciated.

We have access to all hardware/features on short notice whatever it is that you need we can provide however if you would prefer to purchase the equipment yourself and just have us get features activated and provide the installation that's fine also.
