I am trying to update the greeting that automatically answers the phone line. I cannot find the option to switch between day & night answering to apply my newly recorded greeting. Can anyone help me?

Really need to know Which Greeting, it could be a DVA(Digital Voice Announcer)which is in the Phone system

OR

it could be a CCR(Custom Call Routing box) which is in the VoiceMail unit.
