Anyone know what all is involved in adding a second 24 port switch to an existing adtran 24 port system?
Mark, I would give Adtran support a call. They are top notch and I'm sure they can help you out.
It should be pretty basic. Just set the ports linking the switches as trunks and make sure they are encapsulated as 802.1Q.
System is licensed for 50 users out of the box. We spoke with their reps last week, and they said it is just a matter of add the additional switch and up dating the configuration.
Don't know if their tech support will talk to you unless you have a valid PIN #. They preached that this was a distributor level product.
