We have been installing Flir brand (now merged with Lorex) systems and are satisfied with support and quality of the product. However I get comments from the end user about the ease of navigating the system for playback etc. Can anyone recommend another "user friendly product"?

If you're doing IP cameras, Exacq is very user friendly.
