Hi Again!

I was wondering what is the designation for the "modern" (late 50's, 60's, 70's) 1A2 keyset phone lamps. Are they still made? You know the ones I mean... the 10V bulbs under the keys.

Where would I find those besides e-bay?

Best,

Joe

I can only tell you that they were 51a lamps

51A lamps and they still make them last I checked.

EDIT: You're too quick for me Dave.

Try Ebay, seen them there. Be patient, some people think they have gold filaments!

Oh how well I know. Same with spade lugs. I am convinced that Western Electric crimp spade lugs must be made out of tin plated gold.

Looks to me as if they are still quite plentiful. A bit more expensive than they were back in the day, but isn't everything?

the 51A lamps used are also labeled as: 12ESB this can replace the original 51A buls if you can't get the OEM bulbs!
