Hello all

Quick and probably easy to answer question. We are using a Sprint protege system with F5F15 software. One issue we are having is when someone calls in and tries to connect to certain ext, the system doesnt allow it. It works for most exts, just not certain ones. Where is the option to change/add extwhen calling in? Any help or directions is greatly appreciated.

If it is in auto attendant you need to add a mailbox for each of these extensions. If it is is a phone to phone transfer. Go into extension and make sure all the recieve's are set to yes for every card ports
