We installed a LIU unit today and followed the instructions. We cannot get it to work. We can ping the LIU and we can browse to it and look at the web interface of the liu but we cannot telnet to it - when we try to telnet to it - it just sits there - any ideas - thanks alot.

Did you remember to turn SW#1 to left side?
A LED should lit up when you do it.
LIU telnet default port is 11001 not 23.
