Hello I'm a telecom Genius but never worked on this product. I have no access to any manual and I need some help just doing basic stuff...like recording the main greeting, setting the time and date, programming names for DSS keys. If you are a genius and can point me in the rigt direction... I'll show my appreaciation.

You will need a manual and someone who has the passwords to your system. Hopefully they left them at default. What happened to the installer tech?

Yes I know I will need a manual and passwords.... The system has sat in my warehouse for a while since we upgraded them to a new system. Now it is being installed in a friends office. I've defaulted the system but cannot find a manual. I'd like to find someone who has a manual or can walk me through basic stuff. Thanks in advance fr your help.
