The question is why shouldn't the telecom carriers be shielded from any prosecution? Everything they did was in response to various agency requests. Warrant or warrantless all under current law.

I would urge everyone to click on the bottom and open the complete article. Let's keep our comments to the point of the story.

I usually don't give my opinion I just post the story. I'll make an exception. I feel they did as was asked of them by the government in a time of crises, so should be immune from lawsuits.
