In my area at least, Comcast has a bandwidth limit on residential but none on business. I have a gaming son who has moved back home but we still haven't gotten any warnings. With all the streaming options today and Comcast promoting their Xfinity TV service, I suspect they will be surprising a few users with increased rates.
