Shoretel is not doing well. Losing business. Mitel will use there customer base to expand Mitel product line like it did with Inter-tel. And AVAYA did with Nortel.

Mitel bought Aastra not long ago.

So the question is, is Mitel worth looking into if you're not already a vendor? I do happen to have one customer who has shown interest in the Mitel line, I just didn't want to become a vendor for one customer though.
