Axxess v11 system - the system 11 alarm letting the receptionist know 911 was called and which station. Has anyone had the following problem or now where else to look for a solution?

The station user 'completly denys calling 911'.
The SMDR had no entry for 911 or the local 10-digit number.
The IP phones have a 'call' log but the keysets don't. I would have to be lighting fast to go to the station and check the log or press re-dial to verify 'I did not dial that number'.
The tech explained why no SMDR entry but trust the system alarm notification, 'that is the station and they dialed the number..they may have hung up before connecting to the 911, but they dialed it'.

Why don't the keysets have a call log? If it's a 2-line display fone, dial 'Infinity',333 and follow the screen prompts.

How frequently does this occur?

I’ve had it happen once or twice on a v10 system, no rhyme or reason, but didn’t spend a lot of time chasing phantoms. I sleep better at night that way.

Thanks for the code, I didn't see listed in the manual. We'll use that the next time it happens.
Thanks again.

Remember, for the Call Log feature code to work, the station needs to be configured in advance.

We had an issue that someone was using 911 as their voicemail password. If you haven't resolved the issue you might check in to it.

Perhaps part of the problem is someone thinking they need to dial 9 to access an outside line. That was a big problem back when the default was first changed to 8.
