Is there a way to run a report on the Inbound Call Rate? Ideally, I'd like to run it by day of the week and time of day (morning, afternoon, evening).

Information on Inbound Call Rate will help determine appropriate staffing levels.

You will need telephone reporting software. Contact Center Suite or the Prairie Fyre product. Beware, they are pricey. There are no basic reports you can run, from the phone system itself, that will give you that kind of information.
