So we recently had someone come out to setup faxing through our inter-tel system. Users can receive faxes to their email fine, but they cannot send messages. I looked on the EM server and see that there is a web faxclient installed but anytime anyone tries to log in they get "Error Initializing Component"
If they try to use the umfaxprintdriver it says error logging into account. check credentials and web server configuration.
not really sure where to go from here, i assume that they just use their extension and VM password to login
thanks

Make sure the Inter-tel Fax Service Authentication is installed and started properly.

Start->Programs->Administrative Tools->Component Services, expand Component Services->Computers->My Computer->COM+ Applications

that is getting me a step closer...I appreciate it. Now the message after logging into the web fax form is "User profile is missing needed info" What info is needed? Would you happen to have the administrator guide for OSE?
Thanks

2011/04/28 07:45:01:828 Fax scheduled for immediate delivery

2011/04/28 07:45:02:218 Placing Call to 1112223333

2011/04/28 07:45:02:437 Failed due to Programming Error (0x2)

In DB Programming under Voice Processor, make sure that the Fax on Demand is set up properly. Every day should be set to yes and the Stop time should be 1 minute before the Start time. i.e. - if the start time is 5 PM the Stop time should be 4:59 PM.
