Set up an Ext that forwards external - 05/27/11 10:10 AM
I know I've done this before but I can't for the life of me remember the steps. I need to set up an extension in our system that doesn't require a keyset present and forwards to an outside number. We've got remote sales people that we want to have have extensions that exist in our system that forward out to their remote office.
