would like to turn on the fax features, where on the system do i look to see if it is fax ready

Generally, you will have a DID routed to a Call Routing Application. In the CRA, you can list an email address for fax delivery. If you cannot open this feature, you're probably not licensed for it. You'll then need to contact your vendor to purchase the needed license.
