I have run out of available extensions in our Intertel Axxess system. We have plenty of available slots available. Can I just purchase a DKSC16+ card, install it in one of the slots, and just assign extensions to each of the circuit ports in the session manager software and be good to go?

Thank you.
Maybe.

How many ports is the CPC licensed for, and will the power supply handle the load?
THere are a total of 4 cabinets in use. The first three are full. The fourth one has only has 3 slots in use. Each of the cabinets has it's own power supply, so I'll go with a yes on the sufficient power. As for the licensing I'll have to check on that...where can I go check it?

Thank you.
If it’s four cabinets, they should have 9 amp power supplies. Google the part number to be sure.

For licensing info, go to Help / About Inter-Tel Software License. It should show:

System Type: CPS Quad

Devices: xxx of xxx. That will be the number of ports in use and the number licensed.

For details on physical and non-physical device, go to View / System Device Info.
