Inter-Tel Axxess v10.xx

I've found four previous issues related to this, but none seeming to answer my question - solve my problem.

I have a message in a user's VM Box that is too big to email from the VMP due to our message server's limitations, which can not be adjusted without congressional approval it seems. (Well, not that, but too many signoffs from too many different departments to monkey with.)

Message is 30mb.

I can obviously copy it anywhere I want, but - how to I change it into a usable, listenable form once I've done that?

The file name as most know is just a string of characters with no file extension.

HELP!! Please???

Try changing the file extension to .wav. The Mitel file is a wav file, but it's a question of what sample rate is used.

try using a sound editor like CoolEdit, set it to 8-bit 8khz Mulaw (works on others systems)
