I have a Axxess with I believe 5.2 installed. Everthing works great except I can't turn off Auto attendant and When you dial by name it automatically goes to the begining of the directory and you have to scroll thru everyone. Any ideas?

It sounds like your discriptions are not set up correctly. Discription names should be listed like this Smith,John By last names it will look up the first part, by first names it will look up after the comma. If you only have one name entered it will assume it is a last name, and should your search be set up by first names, it will always go to the A's first.
