InterTel Axxess programming issue/error - 12/17/12 09:10 PM
Hello, I am new to the Intertel products but not new to telephony.
I just took over a market for an employee that recently quit, and the products handled are not the norm for my area.
My issue is I have connected to several Intertel Axxess systems with no problem, however I have one system that is giving me trouble. After a lengthy delay in connecting it pops up with error that states as follows.
"database programming can not login to the system.Verify the AXXESSORY Talk port is programmed and properly connected. If the port is not programmed, verify the AXXESSORY Talk PC is not connected."
Any info or help with this would be appreciated as I have changes to make at this site immediately.
