when i connect the ip phone on the network,
it finds the local ip card , after that i
finds when find the remote host. It says
" COULD NOT FIND THE IP CARD".

pLZ PROVIDE ME THE SOLUTION

it sounds like an invalid ip address issue or network access issue. can you ping the IP address of the IP card in the Axxess? did you set the phone up or was it set up for you? there is an easy set-up procedure of the IP phone if the address you are trying to connect to is wrong. Let me know.

can u tell me the procedure to set up phone?

because it was already set for me,when we ping the ip address it is pinging properly.

there no problem with ip address

unplug the phone. plug it back in. before it boots press the 7 & 8 key at the same time. this will get you into the programming mode. simply follow the arrows to the proper screen. i would not recommed defaulting the programming. just step your way through to the screen you need to change.
