Call Center Suite 4.0 is soon to be out. Anybody have the list of new feature is will have. I know the big one is the ablilty to report on interal extension to extension call. Leapgorf

That release includes: IC calls, media blending (an email into queue), DND reporting, Server software running as a Service are the big ones.
