One of our phone systems recently displayed system alarm #134 on the admin phone display. The log file has this entry:

-02:243- 11:03 07-25 A134 ALARM Channel Allocation Error on Module PROCESSOR Audio Session 114

This is a new one to me... any thoughts on this one?
