Help EM Server HDD has failed - 10/29/13 11:20 PM
Hello,
We have an intertel cs5200 system that was using EM. The HDD has failed on the system and is not recoverable. We are scheduled to get a new system this year so we do not want to spend time and money re-building the EM box. I have enabled Basic Voicemail on the system and re-created the Voicemail and Message Notification applications but when you dial the extension of the application it just rings. Hitting the voicemail button on the phone has the same results. I did create the new applications with new extension numbers.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated. We have been down since last night.
