5.27 Axxess system. We have an admin phone with a DSS attached. When a call comes in you have to hit the line button in order to answere it. When you pick up the handset it just keeps ringing.

I've defaulted the phone and tried another. I check the programming and found nothing. What am I missing?

Sorry. It occured to me what the issue was. It is now fixed.
