I need set up an extension with an account code to make long distance calls. Somebody can help me with the process?? I found the account codes in the Intertel Session Manager but how to know which account code is right for an extension? Thanks for any help.

an account code is not tied to an extension in the system. You define valid account codes, then require or not require an account code per extension based on the call type. In other words if you put in 1000 account codes, the system doesnt care which code is entered via a specific extension just that it is a valid code of the 1000 you entered.
