Very new to DB Programming for Inter-Tel. Co-workers MSG key on Inter-Tel phone is not dialing to his mailbox. It is calling another extension. Where do I verify what number is behind the MSG key?

Hit 396 then the MSG button.

Someone left a call back msg, 396 should clear the msg, or is someone answers at the other end.

396 is button query, press the msg key then hit star to clear it. As long is the msg light is not sent by vmail it will not come back.
