Hello all,

I'm running Axcess system/voicemail version 6.009 with DB/session manager version 6.006.

I have a specific request from one of my users which I'm seeking help.

The user wants incoming calls to hold/ring while he is on the other line, instead of directly going to the forwarding path. As of the moment, when he is on a line, incoming calls go directly to the programmed fowarding path (which consists of forwarding his calls to two other extensions/secretaries, ending in VM).

He needs the forwarding path to stay the same (just in case he's unable to accept the second call) but wants it to ring the default-timer specified amount of times BEFORE entering the forwarding path (while announcing the call to the user).

Does this simply involve changing a flag on the station, or a phone code?

Any help would be greatly appreciated! smile

Connect to the PBX. Go to System\Devices and Feature Codes\Stations\Specific Station\Forwarding Paths\Specific Forwarding Path. Uncheck 'Busy'. Test.

Edited for improper language.
