axxess feature code question - voice mail - 09/05/07 08:49 AM
we have axxess 8520 phones. one user has somehow disabled his voice mail so that his phone merely rings and unanswered calls do not move into voice mail. this has happened before and I know there is a feature code to reset this for him, but I lost my notes in a recent move and cannot find the code! Can anyone help? Thank you.
