Is is possible to send incoming call straight to your voice mail at your convenience? I'm not talking about forwarding call.

There are a couple of ways. Set up the forwarding path to voicemail when in DND. The user can enter DND whenever they don't want to answer calls.

The display phones offer an option to "Send to Voicemail". I don't know the feature code or key strike to force it. Perhaps someone else on this board will know.

Not sure on the Eclipse endpoints but on the 4xxx series, 7xxx series, 85xx and 86xx series endpoints you must have either the executive model or 6 line LCD model to have the softkey for send to voicemail option. Also, in programming the endpoint must have a voicemail extension defined under the associated extensions folder for the endpoint.
