Hi - IT/System Admin here. I'm looking to get some help. Using an older phone system and we have no reporting set up and are beginning to suffer for it.

Ideally 2 reports. One that will show Users Logged into their Hunt Group at any given moment. Then another that could show the number of calls that were allowed to roll over to another Member of the Hunt Group.

Is there a way to get anything like this set up using the Intertel software??? I've looked at it and the reporting options that are currently available are extremely limited.

Any help/advice would be much appreciated!

That type of reporting requires a contact center software package such as Taske or Call Center Suite (now called Customer Service Manager).

That level of reporting was not, nor is currently, available using the admin software. I'm not aware of any support for Axxess, but you could check with your vendor.

Looks like I've got a bit of work to do in order to find a proper reporting suite.
