I am using Inter-tell 5000 to program my phone database. I feel like I've done this before with no issues but can't figure out what's up now. I have a phone tree that has prompts for different areas in the organization. When someone chooses a selection they get routed to a hunt group. That hunt group rings at all the phones like it should and then eventually ends up at another extension that I have setup as the recall location and it just rings and rings and rings. It never goes to voicemail. I've tried different extensions and they all behave the same. What am I doing wrong? I tried removing the recall destination phone from the hunt group and that did nothing to fix it. Thank you for your help.
