I have several branch offices and need the ability for a user to disable night mode at one of the extensions (x3000)

All of our systems are networked together and generally they can use the remote programming feature to enable forwarding on x3000 but when I have them enter remote programming on x3000 and enter feature code 9860, it says "Invalid Feature Code"

Any ideas? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Do you have attendant console? That is a nifty easy way to do it. Make the phone that needs to put remote nodes in/out of night mode is an administrator. That should allow them to use the feature code for ebable network day/night mode using 9861/9862 followed by the node number.
Chris,

We do have attendant console, however it is generally used by the receptionists and I'm not sure I want the 'regular users' using it on the weekends when they answer phones.

It looks like the 9861 or 9862 it asks for the node # which is what i want. I'm not sure where i got the 9860. Thank you for your help!
9860 is local night mode on/off. Glad to be of service.

The remote programming feature code (359) only works for station forwarding and DND, not for any administrative features.

You need to flag a phone as an administrator. Only administrator phones can toggle the system(s) into night mode.
Sorry to bring this back up - but I'm still having problems

I have 3 offices. Their front desk extensions are:

x3000 (central office)
x3500 (branch 1)
x6100 (branch 2)

During weekends, there may or may not be someone at x3000 but there may be at x3500 or x6100. These people at x3500 need to remotely disable night at x3000 so calls made to that office forward to them at x3500 or x6100. Right now someone has to physically walk into the office at x3000 to disable night. Once night is disabled the people can easily forward calls from x3000 to either x6100 or x3500 using remote programming.

Is there any way to disable night from one of these remote branches? If not, in DB programming (axxess 10.0), where can I specify for night to automatically turn OFF at a set hour?

Thank you for all your help!
Nevermind. I'm a dork. As Chris said as long as a phone is admin I can do 9862 to disable night and 9861 to enable on each node.
