we have record a call and i was wonder if anyone know if record a call can be setup so as soon a user get a call it automaticly records the call?
That is not a feature option with the system; it must be manually started. there are some external CT apps that will do that but it is not 'built in'

Yep, CCS could do that or OAISYS. I believe that Xarios has a product that will do it as well.
