Well my question is simple and I'm sure it will be answered quick.

Can I set up a phone to NOT be allowed to dail at all? outside lines as well as internal? Also is there a way to make a phone as soon as they dial or pick up the reciver to auto dial an extention or sent to a message on the auto attendant? Thats it real simple huh

Make it a House Phone. You can program separate Day and Night mode numbers.

System\devices adn feature codes\stations\individual station.

Check mark House Phone to Yes. Enter the phone number you want it to dial.
