We updated our system to version 9.126, and recently we are having an issue where all are telephones have no dial tone. We reboot the system and it fixes the dial tone issue, but the second time this occurred we had a handful of phones on the same IPRC having difficultly finding the right IPRC card. Has anybody had these same issues, or have a solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Those issues dont seem typical of things that I have run across yet. Make sure that your IPRCs and endpoints are on the latest firmware.
