I'm having a problem with a vm box that cannot have messages left. When somebody calls their DID#, the recording comes saying "Transferring to.." and then the recorded name of the vm box user, it rings about a dozen times, then "Transferring to..." it just keeps looping. I can't get to their vm by internal extension either, it just rings and rings. Looking at that users setting compared to mine, they're exactly the same. What else can I try or look at?

Start with the forwarding path on the station.
