I have four -4- systems, three in USA, one in UK.

UK#4 = 5000 - 2.3.6.47 Britol

US#3 = 5000 - 2.1.0.13 KC, KS
US#2 = Axxess - 10.001 Col, OH
US#1 = Axxess - 9.125 BHAM, AL - PRIMARY

I 'moved' a digital extension from #1 to #2 as an IP Endpoint - no problem.

I did it again with another extension and now systems #3 and #4 - both 5200 series - are reporting an extension conflict for that second extension, although neither Axxess system does, nor did any for the first extension I moved.

I can't find any extension list reference that points to the moved extensions 'old' system.

Where else should I be looking?

TIA

did the error box give you a clue?
did it show an ext or mb if so...
if you delete an endpoint/station on a node it dosen't delete the mailbox...
that is where I'd poke around first if there wasn't a conflict to begin with... g/l

There was an associatd mailbox. Deleting the extension from the original BHAM location 'floated' / dis-associated it, and remaking in Ohio allowed it to associate again.

The BHAM system is the VMP for both Ohio and the BHAM system.

I will review mailboxes, just in case...

Mailbox associated to WRONG NODE! Was left on node 1, should have moved to node 2; at least that's what happened the other times.

Looks like I'll have to delete/remake it.

Thanks for the clue.
