I have a customer with an axxess 5.118 with a main cabinet and remote in another building on a seperate node. When dialing into the auto att. you can dial her ext 209 and rings her phone and forwards to her mailbox. But when you hit # for directory by last name, and enter her name it rings somewhere, not on her phone though, then goes back to the auto att. Her name full name is on her ext and mailbox. I need it to ring her phone obviously and then forward to her mailbox.

Hi have you got it as:-

smith, bob
yes, I have it last name, first name.
After you enter the name and press pound, you can press '2' to find out what mailbox the directory name that just played is being played from.
Well it says that it is the correct ext. so I am really confused.
If you enter a name and press# after it has played the recording try selecting the previous entry, keep doing this until you come to the user you are having issues with then select # and see what happens then.
