Hi and thanks in advance for looking at this.

I'm running an Inter tel Axxess phone system running version 9.100.

We are currently running into problems with too many calls, and we'd like to be able to set 3 lines to be inbound only.

My understanding is that the inbound goes from top down(1,2,3...23) and that outbound goes from bottom up(23,22,21,etc). What I'd like to be able to do is set it so that outbound starts at 20 and goes up to 1 so that it can't use 21-23 for outbound.

From what I've read I should be able to do this with the trunk programming, but it's been a long time since I've had to do any trunk programming and some specific directions would be greatly appreciated.

It looks like we are using 1 CO trunk group(9202). 9203 is empty and I don't know why it's there really. Here's a picture of what it looks like. If there is any other info needed please let me know.

You could put 21-23 in another trunk group and deny outgoing access to it. Just make sure you set the day & night ring-in to match the original trunk group so the inbound calls act the same as before.
