System is an axxess 64 5.352
with an evmc

I have and enduser using call screening. When you place the call to the extension it ask who shall I say is calling. You leave your name and then it transfers the call to the extension. When you pick up the call on the other end there is dead air for about 5 seconds then you get cutoff and then the voicemail reboots. The code on the evmc says something about silence before it reboots but it moves through the screen so fast hard to get all the information from it.

Rickey, welcome to the forums. There is a way to get the information out of the voicemail that you see scrolling up the screen quickly. Have you tried just deleting the mailbox from the voicemail and recreating it again? It may have been corrupted.

Thank you, I have deleted and recreated the mailbox same problem. Ran a test on two other mailboxes with the same problem.
