I have the voice mail on a basic network with Integra as the carrier. I have a standard smtp / pop gateway setup with the correct smtp server in the email gateway field. However the voicemail will not send out any email .wav attachments. I get an rc=2 error in the log file. However I have pulled this vmail out and put it on a different network with Cox communications as the carrier and it works fine. This is the second location I have had a problem with Integra as the carrier. I have been on tech support with Integra and the IP address is authenticated to their relay server. I also am able to send mail out using outlook express with the smtp set to relay.integra.net however the voice mail will not send out any .wav attachments. I have replaced the firewall. I have even tried a different voicemail. I am at a loss right now and nothing I find on the edge website in the knowledge base addresses the emaildlv in the avdap. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Are they expecting SMTP traffic on a port other than 25? Does it require SSL? In this case it looks like there was no message left based on the email subject and line 0411 .
